Manalo Realty Property Management also offers services for those clients who wish to manage their own property. We offer non-managed services as follows:

  • Finding and contracting with tenants through advertising and marketing efforts to rent your property
  • After finding your tenant, conduct the tenant screening
  • We prepare all of the applicable lease agreements for your signature
  • We charge a flat fee of 30% on the total monthly gross income negotiated for the rental
