knowledgeable real estate professionals. Ric Manalo, owner and broker for the company, has over 30 years of experience and is a respected figure in the community. Real estate agents Barbara Legg and Lynn Howell manage Team EastLake. Both women have a wide range of experience in various aspects of real estate and the EastLake Community. In fact, both live in the EastLake Community and have raised their children in the area.
