COMPANY HISTORY

Manalo Realty Property Management (MRPM) was established in San Diego in 1973 and is a division of Manalo Realty, Inc. The company was founded by Ricardo E. Manalo a retired Navy Chief and an immigrant of the Philippines.

Mr. Manalo founded the company with the expectations of helping his family and his community. The company was built around trust, integrity, proficiency, and quality service. Through the years, Mr. Manalo was able to build Manalo Realty into a successful company. In 1989, after his death, his son Ric Manalo instilled with the same values, took over, and developed a real estate sales and property management division, mortgage division and an escrow company.

Currently, MRPM has built a team of professionals that provide comprehensive services covering all aspects of property management. We to deliver management services our clients expect at the lowest competitive cost while achieving the best possible return on their assets.

We help our Clients with all types of properties in their real estate portfolio from single family Homes, Condos, Apartments, and Commercial Properties. We also extend our services through Real Estate Owned (REO) and similar distressed properties.

  • Advise owner in the event of a legal dispute or litigation
  • Retainer of qualified attorney to handle legal issues

· Evictions

  • Filing relevant paperwork to initiate and complete an unlawful detainer action
  • Representation of owner in court
  • Coordinate with law enforcement to remove tenant and tenants possessions from property

Manalo Realty Property Management also offers services for those clients who wish to manage their own property. We offer non-managed services as follows:

· Finding and contracting with tenants through advertising and marketing efforts to rent your property

· After finding your tenant, conduct the tenant screening

· We prepare all of the applicable lease agreements for your signature

· We charge a flat fee of 30% on the total monthly gross income negotiated for the rental
